Jeter Farmhouse · Gladewater, Texas

The Restoration

A two-year labor of love — honoring what was, while welcoming what is.

Bringing 1903 back to life

This home was lovingly purchased and painstakingly restored by us — Brad and Kristi — over more than two years. Every decision was made with intention: to honor the integrity of the original architecture while elevating the guest experience to something truly special.

We are deeply honored to share not only the home's rich history but the story of the remarkable family who built it. The two suites are named after the original builders themselves — Leonidas Alvin Jeter and his wife Anna Bell Jeter — whose legacy lives on in every room of this home. We hope their story, and the spirit of our beloved Gladewater, stays with you long after you leave.
